Jim dropped out of college at 19, took his first listing 60 miles away and had zero listings the first 6 months. However, he went from 0 - 150 the 6 months following! He attributes his success to pure dedication of self improvement and dedication to one hour of lead generation a day.

He created a mantra for lead generation. 1 hour of lead gen, 1 appointment a day, going on 1 appointment a day and adding 1 person to your SOI every day. If you do this EVERYDAY, you will crush it. Period. The question is, CAN you actually do this every, single, day...?
