Meet Dan Rochon. An extremely self aware individual paving the way to help agents BE the best they can be simply by being HIS best self. He asks this question of himself constantly: "If yes, then how?"
Dan is an advocate for finding the role model that looks like you...actually A LOT like you. He went from NO sales to buying the brokerage he worked with in 12 MONTHS, writing a book on how to make sales YOUR way and developed a coaching program giving people their roadmap to success using their strengths. HIs book, Real Estate Evolution, focuses on creating consistent and predictable income for agents and is the foundation for his coaching program.
So...what changed over 12 months? FOCUS. Dan lost the distractions and chose a few ways to effort and nail down lead generation. He starts with what DOESN'T work for him and pairs down to what he likes, what his strengths support and what he feels good about.
