Meet Nic Spano. Licensed in 2013, Nic literally left college to pursue building his real estate business. After having call after call closing a transaction in an accounting class...he said to himself "ya, this isn't for me...". That was the end of college.

Nic grew up with a Dad who thrived in serial entrepreneurship. One of the biggest takeaways he has pulled from his father is mindset. He has used that to grow his business and build success into his daily activities.

Over the last 8 years, Nic has grown from being very transactional to relational. Treating the business like a business, past client marketing, building the relationship for the long term and so much more. We talk about staying top of mind, farming and leveraging technology for growth.

Nic sees results with a combination of direct mail AND meeting people in person. Nic notes you HAVE to get in front of people to be seen. Then, systematize the follow up.
